Global Wildlife Conservation and Forest & Bird help Kākāpō Recovery

Kākāpō Recovery and our partner Forest & Bird, have teamed up with Global Wildlife Conservation (GWC) a non-profit corporation, to help promote and support Kākāpō Recovery.  GWC provides an easy, tax-refundable way for anyone in the US to donate to the kākāpō programme – and they also help to spread the word about the work that we do. Forest & Bird continue to play a very important role for Kākāpō Recovery in administering donations from around the world. They also share kākāpō stories with their 40,000 strong membership and beyond.  Check out this recent article from Forest & Bird’s Kimberly Collins, inspired after her Anchor Island visit during the 2016 breeding season
